Meditate,
all guilt feel vanishes,
you will become a child
plain, frank , innocent, fresh playful,
even a little mischievous but no intention but joy,
nothing to hide , nothing to defend,
nothing to win nothing to lose or gain
mentally naked without a covering or mask
may be even physically naked in advanced sadhana,
as akka mahadevi, with no mask , with no clothing
carefree, worry free no anxiety no stress no concern
let what so ever come , let who so ever make fun
