i am more spiritual and holier due to my decades of sadhana under guru guidance ..i have graduated ...others are lost in reading reciting scriptures, repeating what others have said ..........i do not read scriptures , for no need .......since .essence of scriptures getting revealed from my inside on their own ....i write them and read and enjoy ...this is how i became rishi ...actually modern rishi i am with back ground of engg, science , technology , etc , having worked as expert design, manufacturing professional .. i am techno spirtual , ie seer engineer .i can easiy see others level .. kaun kithne paanee may hai .i have written telugu kavitha, urdu shairee, english poetry .. i also taught hindusthani classical music, vocal, harmonium, tabala, sitar .. i know kannada, hindi, sanskrit , a little tamil, bengali, ...........l am marati, bhavasar kshathria ...surely i am far above the most ...in fact i am far above the earth plane ..............స్కేలు

we , new incumbents joined an upcoming psu, with all the freshness, and innocence in pursuit of a job to earn some living, it was in a remote jungle like area 

we all worked with fullest devotion, enthusiasm, with full obedience,in total surrender to the objectives of the organization ,without a care for benefits, gains there was no trade union, tu no officers association , oa 

organization grew , earned profits, esteem, ceo was pleased unasked he launched on welfare measures ---residential quarters , school, hospital, park, shopping center, training school, transport, roads , bank, loan for bikes and cars, and also informally set up a committee to build a cooperative housing society giving all support to acquire land and develop to own houses ,within no time we became prosperous unimaginably this went on for a few years 

times changed, greed set in, indiscipline increased , tu, oa were formed,

 there were disputes endless, resulting in losses , squeezing the resources, excess staff was sent out on voluntary retirements , business was lost, disgust , disappointment, frustration ruled roost, 

so

in surrender, there is empowerment,

in challenge , there came decay , degradation"
