"For ordinaryma pain is no pleasure, for kishn pain=pleasure , he is in even state always, nothing hurts or harms i was told mukthananda of ganeshpuri got surgery done without anesthesia, he felt no painBut one cannot imitate other. especially we should not / cannot imitate the evolved person and try doing what he does episode of master shankara charya is a lesson he took liquor, and shishyas followed and took with relish then, in his sojourn, he took hot molten metal offered by a person, now shishyas got flabbergasted and were flat at his feet the teaching of any saint cannot be just implemented .some master one says ''be a good human , do this do, not do that, ''followers know that , every master says the same but they are not able to imitate and implement readily whysince they have not got the ability to implement ''smoking is injurious to health, do not smoke'' is the advice from all the great mastersand smokers also know this by heart, and can repeat it parrot it 1000times , but they will not stop smokingwhy because they ----cannot-----stop smoking so all such advice of dos and donts is just a waste excercisewhat is required is to train the person to learn and gain that capability , so that he does it with ease, since thru that training he now is capable , so now he can do it and so will do it , will implement in lifeSimilarly if a saint is taking pleasure out of pain , his advice to others to take pleasure out of pain will be disastrous and foolish and dangerous ,as like mukthananda , a common man cannot undergo surgery without anesthesia , if he tries, he faces torture, hell , he may die out of pain also .so all the good books all the advice , despite available in millions and tons, no benefit is coming, except time pass only the rare masters train a few systematically, step by step, guiding fully and make them gain the abilities , and gain the mastery as themselves over sustained practice over years"
