apparantly not relevant to st
but i find that
our vision should expand taking into account of
all updates in the environ
when one is able to communicate with the world 's citizens over audio video tele conference,
mobile, internet, email etc and is able to get his message across, is there really need for any
one to go personally place to place?
may be for exceptional
medical reasons yes,
but , by stopping
one getting a visa , and blocking his visit, can any one prevent his ubiquitous
presence?
