he has arranged karma system ,who ever does ill , will get ill in return, will not be left will not be tolerated
criminal has to be acted on , with giving punishment that is true nobility
if head of state becomes indifferent to bad things happenning, , nation will be ruined
good people will suffer like the bomb blast
