"Sanskrit véda वेद, "knowledge"essentially this knowledge is of the ''natural law'' that is governing the universe, it can be called as the constitution of the universe, these laws are not man made, self created , hence veda is apaurusheya, when one accesses his self , this source of natural law opens up to his conscious perception ,and one is able to express as vedic richas or hymns thus the 4 vedas , and their details came in to existenceit is not a big deal, any one can access this source , it is called akshara kshethra, the non changing eternal field of pure consciousness, and can bring out his own insights,"
