money/wealth richness can be understood as lordship over things and persons and self —ishvarya—eesha being the lord.
basically it is the ability to command ,--- ability to get desires fulfilled.
now the medium is money.
agreed that money makes things easy and life happy.
why the honest is not that rich as dishonest?
dishonest with his crucked intelligence earns more.
honest with his normal straight intelligence, earns as per legal eligibility., normally much less.
how honest can raise his income? by increasing the level of purity, by gaining access to the pure intelligence within, thru which he can become more creative/more resourceful/ novel/more energetic/more capable--basically he develops such familiarity with his deep personality that his wishes are directly fulfilled without the medium of money, his intentions being in accordance with laws of nature, will gain their support, rather nature cooperates with him to fulfill his desires, thus he in fact lives a richer life, [money cannot measure, nor can accomplish that]
