well motivated labor surely can help productivity enormously , a detailed relook at the problems at ground level will help, with respect to health, safety,,working hours ,training, transport, canteen, recreation , and the relations between the worker and supervisors and among workers, to make the work as joyful as a play , more out of inspiration than obligation or compulsion
