every wise person has to find his answers from within himself
he will not get full answers from the best guru even

guru can give a few answers for a few persons ,
it is impossible for any guru to answer every question from every individual on earth 
even if he sincerely tries to in his life 24x7x365x100.
so intelligent guru will not do that 
instead, he gives the key to open the treasury of wisdom within the persons 
and moves on further. Will not stay bound in the sansar of shishyas .

and it is up to shishyas to do sincere sadhana and gain deeper and stable access to their own treasury day by day,
till they reach a state of no questions but with all answers ready at finger tips to lead a glorious life .
and for growth there is no upper limit
shishya can steadily climb up to a stature, easily ,
eventually surpassing his own guru, 
at which his guru feels great joy that the seeds he has sown are yielding abundant crops, 
he feels that shishya thus has given the guru dakshina, and has come out of guru runa ie debt to guru.

shishya is not a slave to guru 
but is in love with guru, guru loves him so much that he is in surrenderfulness to guru

like child is in love with mother, mother is in love with child, and each know they are growing and moving together, abiding the instructions of their respective gurus 

and guru shishya sambandh is anaadi, sampradayas are sanatan, guruparampara lively in the present, from ages to everlasting future
