it is not easy to know fake unless you know what is absolutely real

to know the absolute real one must experience absolute real, 
reading scriptures is no help, any book / blog can not give that experience 
though read with all sincerity

what is required is to find a true competent master, 
who has that ability. and he can knowledge and experience in few sittings, not necessary to wait life long, not needed to serve him for years decades 

he can give that instant realization 
and as a result you set on your own in to your internal exploration 
and start discovering all ved and githa from inside your own self , 
not needing to read million books , nor listening lectures from any saint
