in the initial stages, one having invested his time on himself, in regular spells, in isolation, the individual over some time becomes an expert , like a wise business, he becomes skilled in investing his attention most profitably to himself and others -- --ie very selectively and skillfully spending on other individuals or other issues, with alertness,

eventually he finds himself to be one with the whole universe, every thing every being become a part of his personality, all none other than himself 

in this state, he has no thing more to bother,

becomes carefree, nonchalant,

doing things, spontaneously right with ease, 

interacting with all most actively, and usefully mutually,

yet , never exhausting himself,

rather his activities having become  anchored to his lone deep self ,

his energies become auto-charging, while being

 

 spent in this state, he is alone, though  the company of the universe

since he has become united with the universe

he is enjoying his own company , though when with all around
