One who has no bliss, though knowing the consequences of negative behaviour , persists in negative behaviour hence crime is repeating though harsh punishment is being given

the human bomb knows he will die, yet he explodes , this is the worst consequences of innocents brainwashed thru all kinds of disciplining the mind including the mildest, saying you will go to heaven if you kill the nonbelievers

i say any external imposition is bad, ruins by conditioning , what ever may be its form, including offering sweet or sweet words
