Silence is not the absence of

 external  sound

Silence of the external sound is not easy to control

I can not just switch off the thunder in the sky,

nor  the gushing noise of oceans waves

the rushing sound of the wild wind

the roar of the lion,

hissing of serpent,

cawing of crow

cooing of koel,

tweeting of birds,

humming of bees

We do not hear silence

though we really want to hear

in every talk we seek silence

yet the talker gives out more noise than silence

Thoughts are no noise, thoughts do not sound, none can hear your thoughts, not even the whisper

The sound of the heartbeat is--- not --Anahata, the unstuck sound.

heart beat is aahath, it is it is stuck sound, muscles doing the beat

To here anahath “AUM” ------needs no extensive practice,

1 put your fingers in the ears , closing them to the external sound, you can here anahath aum, instantly, continuously, here there is no ahath, this is anahath naad

2 utter the letter ''o.........'' for a prolonged time, and at the end'' m'' of aum is heard, here too it is anahath

There is no barrier between us and silence.

silence exists, prevails , regardless

We always seek silence, not obsessed at all with sound .

sound provides a medium to experience silence so we take that help as it is necessary

We feel heroic by defeating silence-----there is no war we playing, silence cannot be destroyed by noise , silence is indefatigable , it is triumphant , since every noise is having a beginning and an entd, where as silence is a continuum , eternal, universal

''

Just as the light is perceived well in the pitch of darkness, ''---how can pitch of darkness helps in perceiving ligt well?

once light is put on where is pitch of darkness

The silence is audible clearly if the sound is the divine music or mundane buzz,

since silence is there at the beginning, end and along with noise .

''Silence is the most powerful way of communicating.''

------------then what is the need of this blogging and dialogging,

then we can be just silent

no need of any book?

then only white paper can reveal all the wisdom?

why audio /lectures, music, why a tongue at all, then where is the need of ears

so deaf , dumb are the most elevated teachers?

because they are experiencing silence life long?

''Why is it important for a guru to teach in silence?''

but how is it possible to impart silence by guru without talking , and student not hearing him

is it practical

Silence is not just the Absence of External Sound………………!
