not every tom, dick and harry ,
but only the properly qualified candidates need to be the rulers ,
and democracy cannot achieve this
, ..i disagree with ''vox populi vox dei''
since, voice of people is.. not.. the voice of god.....
but .....
.....voice of ..enlightened.. is the voice of god ,
as it comes from purity, vaakshudhi , .......
......that is how even intellectual community is misguided by mere book reading
