thoughts,aspirations of a number of citizens wishing for something better, more convenient, more comfortable, faster, safer, cleaner, more beauti****l, newer--in every trip they made earlier---has culminated into awakening of higher powers, the govt, to respond--like the prayers of a large number of bhakthas makes the bhagavan to respond and present the ****lfilment for their wishes.
govt ,like bhagavan, creates/identifies an action-agency like sridharan, and sends him to undertake the task, bestowing him with needed powers and supporting him ****lly every moment.
he, a citizen, chosen for his merit, charged with extraordinary powers proceeds to materialize the thought ,the concept into physical reality.
an example of the power of collective consciousness, synchronised thought power of mass.
vox populi, vox Dei , The voice of the people is the voice of God, [ leading to a conclusion that god is democratic?]
not always , he listens to people only if aiming at shreya, good--not to those who aim for preya,pleasurable----even if such are in large numbers, leading to another conclusion that a wrong thing asked by a majority should not be honoured by the govt .
people should rise to shreya , what is good-----not to prefer to --spit/urinate at such places--fallen by preya --the convenient/easy-----this may take time, yet good will happen
