  It pays to be honest at your job

Honesty the most valuable requirement, on the job—–on any job, in any field, in any activity, trivial or profound——- i would add confidently .it would add  magnificence, charm, life — in doing and in output  rendering it a piece of art, most ****lfilling.

one wants to do best in innermost

something prevents, detracts, —what is it, how to check it

it is the mind conditioned by events and cir****stances, that does not allow one to be with his original nature to be honest

solution is to decondition it

how?

by meditation,

the mind takes a dive to the field of absolute truth,honesty, integrity, loses all impurity, comes out permeated with these and flows out in to doing the activity, effortless.

resulting in excellence in performance and output which can satisfy toughest boss.

i have seen honest and dishonest bosses

Honesty works best with honest.

Dangerous with dishonest.

Asked on this, a management faculty said ”quit”

i learnt to keep mouth shut.

And as things went, dishonest boss encouraged similar, earned enough, but the unit saw success.

one day we woke up to the news that his daughter committed suicide, a love matter ,

we felt sorry for the meritorious girl she was.

god sees what man cannot.
