surrender is the first word

i totally surrender to you ,

i realize i am working in your esteemed organization

my office,= the universe

new assignment ,= my office work= is sadhana

my boss=you, god, i have to obey you 

i should work sincerely always when i am working in your organization  

i have to be in team spirit with all in the universe since every one, every being is my colleague

as everyone, everyone is working in your organization as directed by you

your standards are high .

i should strive relentlessly to perform as per your expectations

you are the best teacher. i learn by seeing your example

you are the best manager. i learn management by seeing how you are managing the universe

you are the source of power. i draw all my strength from your infinite reservoir of power that is sath ,from you, who is available to me nearest to me deep inside, most intimate

you hold the world clock.

i set my time, i set my clock,

i set my rhyme and rhythm with reference to your clock

i dance to your thaal ,

i sing to your raag

i plan and perform as per your clock

 your calendar

you are the creator of the live calendar in which seasons are manifesting indicative of thy calendar

lord, let thy clock pulse be always audible to me in my heart

you are my complaint box ,

grievance channel and true help

you really listen to my murmur,

my whims and wishes,

my good and bad, my grumblings, my cries ,

my confessions, my anger and my laughter,

my pain, my sufferings, my noise, my music,

my utterances, my wishes, my whispers ,and my silence

lord, i can only turn to you,

i can only run to you

with all my failures, my successes

my frustrations, my cares and my worries.

you are kind, compassionate, understanding, loving,

always forgiving my mistakes, my blunders

my deceiving, my dishonesties, my insincerities, my cunningness

you are my mother father guru and the elder

you’re my friend philosopher and guide in the real sense

you are the best care taker ,

you’re my nath, ,

my lord, you are the best doctor,

the best healer

you are vadya, veda,

please excuse me for my above silly expression

this is only my unnecessary show of the pandithya

time has passed without nishtha ,without sadhana

without prayer, alas , cannot regain

pl make me return to you immediately

pl give me bhakthi shradhdha sincerity

i have come back to you

pl accept my commitment

i here by resolve to start afresh

from 0 base my sadhana, my journey from this moment

surrender is the last word,

lifeless marbles never communicate nor feel ,
no question of theirs any render or surrender


need based result oriented, man makes a tile, a stair, a floor , a wall, a bridge, a sculpture, a pyramid,

stones remains dead, on what goes on , unmindful

since there is no mind nor feel in the stone

arjuna, do not surrender

klaibyam maa -------this unmanliness, cowardice does not befit you

be a soldier fight bravely and do your allotted duty

come out victorious o paramthapa, the scorcher of enemies

such stories and their interpretations incorrectly are likely to mislead and misunderstanding . 

experience of god directly is the basis for real faith .
i see my hand what it is what is its capacity and skills , i experience it .
then i get faith on my hand , its existence, its mahima 

without direct exposure and experience in a thing about which you have no direct knowledge will only blind you , bind you , make you invalid, weak, worthless

faith without direct knowledge and experience is only, belief--- like a blind man describing how light will be , it is of no use, inaccurate, faulty, useless

   surrender and challenge ..ECIL experience

we , new incumbents joined an upcoming psu, ECIL with all the freshness, and innocence in pursuit of a job to earn some living, it was in a remote jungle like area 

we all worked with fullest devotion, enthusiasm, with full obedience, 

in total surrender to the objectives of the organization , 

without a care for benefits, gains

there was no trade union, tu no officers association , oa 

organization grew , earned profits, esteem, ceo was pleased unasked he launched on welfare measures ---residential quarters , school, hospital, park, shopping center, training school, transport, roads , bank, loan for bikes and cars, and also informally set up a committee to build a cooperative housing society giving all support to acquire land and develop to own houses ,within no time we became prosperous unimaginably this went on for a few years rd

times changed, greed set in, indiscipline increased , tu, oa were formed,

 there were disputes endless, resulting in losses , squeezing the resources, excess staff was sent out on voluntary retirements , business was lost, disgust , disappointment, frustration ruled roost,

so 

in surrender, there is empowerment, 

in challenge , there came decay , degradation"

Two   opposing approaches

what ever one does is all supreme's doing himself none other ,

i am re-emphasizing, ---there is no need of any sharan or surrender to any one else

since there is only one , no one else

when no one else is there how can one surrender at all
or to whom one can surrender,
is it possible?
is it necessary?

a leaf cannot surrender to tree, there is no need . it cannot . 
since leaf is part of , and integral with tree, 
there is no separation with tree, it is tree itself 
since tree is all leafs, tree exists as leaf 
if you remove leaf, cut it off , again leaf comes , 
since tree itself is leaf, tree is manifesting as leaf again and again 
question of surrender does not arise 

so this concept of surrender is absurdity, am i clear

in the name of surrender to supreme. 

as there is none other than oneself 

to whom one can surrender . 

so there is no surrender,

one is responsible for his actions, no escape routes nor excuses, and he must continue to grow with healthy values to supreme level, to the level of master of universe, 
but 
not remain as ''yours humble obedient servant '', demeaning, denigrating, belittling oneself on his own self 

surrender makes the man a timid, weak, useless , irresponsible, escapist in the name of god 

this is a great caution 

 

 

Why supreme waits for an offering

you are the supreme ,

do not bring in a distraction and thus weaken the action by shifting the attention on some one other than you 
accomplish all supreme tasks
take all supreme responsibility for the universe
that's it , 
no offering, no surrender 
just do the best for your own sake, to get the best out of every encounter every opportunity 
not to look this side that side , unnecessarily 

even if there is a supreme other than you, that supreme remains so whether offered or not 
he does not need any thing 

it is you who need to accomplish things for your benefit joy utility 
so to think that you are doing for supreme is self deception 
and deceiving the supreme if it exists

 

Surmises can be supremely wild, 
one is free to conjuncture and dream in one's own way, 
and is free to live on all kinds of assumptions, 
fiction is a part of literature, may be very appealing, 
mirage promises water to the thirsty, 
snake may look like rope, and tempt man to play with it, 
glowworm looks likes fire, ignorance is bliss of its own kind 
but wise ones do not live in fools paradise, however charming it may be. 
master will not be in delusion will not lead one into illusions 
but he clears all ignorance, in what ever degree it may exist
he is down to earth on solid ground of reality , 
ever on the highway in broad day light
