Yes, once the body goes into a state of relaxation it is a different level of energy altogether, the mind focused on the breath could also go into a state of alpha wave, which is calming, and then the gates of the subconscious opens up for the seeds to be planted! As long as there is ego, the effort is always there, passion may vary from person to person.
it is only in ego-less state that all efforts becomes meaningless.

Thanks both Ajit ji and Sri Ni for your views,
Let me tell you that i see no reason why this simple relaxation and working with the seeds of affirmation has to be taken to the level of pure effortless state of samadhi.
this practice that i have mentioned, is a simple suggestive method of reorienting the subconscious so that the subconscious can materialize what ever is the essence of the affirmation impregnated.
But i do appreciate and do agree that at the deepest level the whole point of passion or perseverance do not have any bearing. But of course both have its play when someone is trying to move into the zone of relaxed state of mind. As i said effort first and then effortlessness.
Once again my love and gratitude to both of you. REPLY Like Report Offensive Block this user

With humility, i submit
the reason why this simple relaxation and working with the seeds of affirmation has to be ---necessarily ----taken to the level of pure effortless state of samadhi --is as follows
these seeds are to be necessarily planted in the fertile / nourishing field , ie ,samadhi, the pure consciousness, if to really sprout , grow, flourish , into manifest reality of practical, mundane plane as a fulfilled desire, without loss of time, but not to remain as a life long wish, a seed as /hope/ giving temporary and marginal relief , naa alpa sukhamasthu, little gains will not be real joy.
the difference between a wise and unwise is that
the unwise does things , with all self imposed passion etc, with all external impositions by teachers even , but does not succeed in getting the fullest real results, but ends up in small gains, suffering continues , mainly
the wise does things ,but with the help of samadhi, with the help of that great real power in samadhi, which immediately causes the seed to fruition, without loss of time , and in abundance, no more suffering, all blessings only , all round,
hence the importance of being in yogastha, in doing karma , gross or subtle, but subtler the activity, greater is its impact.
and samadhi, ie yoga, makes the karma sukaushalam, makes the doer skillful, successful, with ''spend less , gain more'' technique
here comes the need for guru guidance to gain mastery over reaching samadhi
for doing little and accomplishing lot , a wise approach
Ignorant states
''if wishes were horses beggars will ride'' , he does not know the technique, his wishes all with passion perseverance, remain unfulfilled
wiseman says
you can make your wishes into horses and jolly well ride on them
yatheenaam brahma bhavathi sarathi
for wise spiritual god himself becomes his servant at his beck and call
this we did see in the life of great saints, and it is possible to live in our own life REPLYDELETE Like Block this user

Great explanation! Thanks for your deep wisdom and your sharing.
I still hold on to my first statement, and i will not comment any more on this, but agree with you for everything you say on this, and that is,
any act of relaxation or any kind of sadhana is essentially to begin with is deep intention and deeper level of patience and perseverance that gradually takes the simple effort into a state of effortless flow ... REPLY Like (1) Report Offensive Block this user

First part ---''any act of relaxation or any kind of sadhana is essentially to begin with is deep intention and deeper level of patience and perseverance''-----ok, it is shadha, a must , this is preparatory , a propulsion ,to initiate and to sustain
surely i do not discount th
the second part ---'' the simple effort into a state of effortless flow ...''---in this i see a lot more
A----in arghya we simply take palmful water from the ocean [ simple effort ], and we just allow the water to drop back into the ocean , effortless flow happens
B---in the same way, while in the process of sadhana , in / from samadhi state, [ in / from the ocean of consciousness ] we just take the positive seeds of assertions of happiness [etc] with least mental effort, at subtle level , and leave this thought to merge back into the onsciousness.
we do not persist on it , we do not keep the water in the palm , we just allow it to drop down , to effortlessly reach back its own source
in this most simplest elastic property of the process of pulling out and leaving back on to its origin , that the wish gets materialized, here the silence of the absolute is stirred a little , as if the god is awakened to listen to our particular desire/ command and enabled to answer with his response ie of fulfilling the desire
C---we enter the temple, silence, and ring the bell, with a little effort, stir the silence, and the sound vanishes back in to the silence . here god is awakened , he listens to our inner subtle assertions and answers , and our desire is fulfilled .
D---the process in it's simplicity is that---- the wholeness is collapsed and allowed to regain the wholeness, in the process of regaining its original state the wish is getting fulfilled
E---so i re-emphasize the first and foremost requirement of reaching first the state of samadhi, the wholeness, and learn to collapse it -----not severely----but most delicately------in least degree, ----such that the stirred / collapsed wholeness, subtly disturbed samadhi has a chance of rebuilding itself immediately in to original wholeness
F----seeking a boon from god is a subtle process, like gently humbly , prayerfully asking a great rishi in samadhi , a shiva in deep meditation, ----so that he just comes out a little and gets back into his samadhi smoothly
if one is forceful. insistent, compelling, shaking him violently disturbing beyond a limit, that tapaswi is disturbed so much that he cannot go back in to samadhi immediately , he will simply give a curse, instead of a boon
G----my writing this is due to reading your responses making me to explore the leads a little more in detail , foo my own clarity. you may kindly tolerate / ignore , your time is precious
the point i was making is
one must know how exactly god fulfills our assertions , what is the deeper mechanism in this spiritual process
making vinayak into sidhi vinayak
making hanuman into sankata mochan hanuman
making god into varadayaka, the boon granter
and it is devotee who makes him prasanna, in readiness to grant boons
if devotee does not approach in the right way, god cannot help, though he can helpREPLYDELETE Like

Agreed-----
'Repeating these words just before falling asleep or while waking up, as you keep doing it with passion and perseverance you are flooded with joy and fulfillment of your worldly or otherworldly aspirations.'------blog-----
in the context of above statement of the blog------when one repeats the words with PASSION AND PERSEVERANCE -----means effort-------then this effort will disturb the relaxed state which exists at the time------'just before falling asleep or while waking up'-------once the relaxed state is disturbed-----the whole purpose is lost------because gates of subconscious will not open due to disturb state

''you are nicely cautioned this ---''once the relaxed state is disturbed-----the whole purpose is lost-''
a agree. PASSION AND PERSEVERANCE is not required, rather is obstruction
in fact since every one keeps doing with PASSION AND PERSEVERANCE, things will not be fetching the result , hence waste
you rightly corrected
this is the error inadvertently most people do .without right guidance/ understanding on this subtle practice .
the settled state of mind, the wholeness, that is reached in samadhi should not get disturbed.
the wish must be just done so subtlely that as if like a just effortless thought , and left to merge in the wholeness back again .
in this ''returning to merge in the wholeness , the thought gets materialized , desire is fulfilled REPLYDELETE Like (1) Block this user

I confirm this approach of Babaji
he said the message of samyama on pathanjali 's sidhi suthras ie maithri, karuna, muditha, upekcsha etc . refer tm-sidhi lessons by maharishi
yogastha kuru karmani,
a thought at it's origin has the power to materialize instantly
this is the ideal way of fulfilling desires, rather smart way than the hard way , not needing hard labour REPLYDELETE Like (1) Block this user
