Guru is not having currency printing, to give free lessons and facilities to people in thousands in every where all over the world at their local centers.

how money comes to run these activities except by fee and donations

To become an engineer, i did not wait and wait for knowledge to dawn in me sitting under a peepal tree like budha,

i went to engg college, i paid the fee, i learnt, from professors, now i serve, i teach others

spirituality is a science, a technology, an art, more subtle than engg, can be learnt only from the great gurus who knew, who experienced, who are capable, qualified to teach

and one has to pay the fees

Today i am in st, able to participate meaningfully only because of the grace of guru, having direct exposure to spiritual teaching, practice, seva, sadhana, without being attracted by the commercial lures , like smoking, drinking, nudity, being doled out day and night in the media trying to exploit the lower tendencies of innocent ignorant masses

You will get knowledge by paying fees also enlightenment, with modern world, with transport, communication, teaching aids, one can get enlightenment at his city colony by participation organizing the teaching to happen, 

guru does not need money it is participants who need all facilities that need money, nothing is free.

not necessary waiting for miracle to happen , one can undergo a suitable course, practice the teaching and know what is enlightenment in theory and in reality thru direct experience, and get enlightened with the same authenticity as budha, jesus,

As long as one feels inadequacy even in the slightest, it's the inner impulse that propels to seek further

nothing ever satisfies till one reaches the supreme ,

hence exploration continue, discoveries follow,

experience of supreme happens at the end.

one chooses his own ways, gets the results accordingly.

but guru helps , instantly, easily, surely ,

eliminating the unnecessary inevitable wasted moves, back and forth, hither thither

Yes, very true, yug dharma, imperatives of changing times , are powerful, however, our efforts will/ must prevail to bring in the best of times the sath yug, by adding tiny bits of individual efforts to raise the purity ,in individual life, to start with, then jn the life of the world around.

till perfect conditions are brought forth, the as is where is situation must be best made use of .

and that is why the need of any guru, big small, asking fees or teaching free
