Meditation, Fantastic,
derusts the mind,
makes me be up like that dog
who suddenly gets up and vibrates its body
getting rid of dust and dirt
fresh to embark
on a hearty loud bark
and a smart and quick run
to find new worlds to conquer
and rule as the sole emperor
