God does not stay only in saints, shrines and pilgrimages but every where, in every cell, space, time of universe, regardless to race, region, religion or caste, creed culture, community. ok----but in unmanifest

in manifest--there are distinct levels of purity in saints, shrines and pilgrimages but every where, in every cell, space, time of universe, regardless to race, region, religion or caste, creed culture, community. 

all are never equal , value of things, people, places , forms , beings varies in proportion to the purity prevailing / attained 

this need to be understood , very important , 
not to get confused on the unmanifest and manifest aspects of god

Definitely 
1st year engg student is not equal to graduate in engg, even though both are human beings 

mountain and squirrel are not equal , can never be treated as equal

All is matter
but there is diiference--elements, compounds, mixtures
there is metals and non metals, liquids, gases, vapors
metals , but gold silver iron copper are unique different
periodic table in chemistry grades categorizes

so different layers of truth are valid at that layer 
one truth at one layer is not to be confused with other layer of truth, all have their validity
