yes--he has and works on only preconceived notion without sufficient evidence. it is his misfortune
but no--it is his fortune
since whether on worldly[scientific] or otherworldly  matters it is wise to take the help of those who know and go forward instead of ourselves doing experiments to find things that were already found
this is an immediate response
however vasant has to think better on the comment and avoid preconceived/justify with evidence , not just jumping to draw conclusions basing on sentiment and exhibit inebriated with  exuberance of his own verbosity
perhaps greeshm may perform with a little more wisdom
