while it is sad to be witnessing such disasters, i trust that all agencies in our country like aerb npcil ecil  must be learning positive lessons to prevent/ manage rescue/ and make the regulations/designs governing nuclear energy handling/usage/safety and all such other essential aspects --by close follow-up /visits/ study of first hand reports --and will be quick to update their do****entation/practices/norms to withstand  much more severe eventualities, ****an having a good lead in technology, resilience , has a lot for all to learn and gain.

i am sure,rapp mapp fbtr napp kapp  and nfc must have been designed to withstand the right levels of severity of earthquakes and oceanic upheavals, or even plants exploding ---as the case may be.

may be,  they must be on the job of reassessing their strength.

prevention [if possible only, --i must say now--] is better than cure

and after the event, care is the cure.

god probably expects us to use our powers of intellect and skills better , he having delegated these powers to human , so as not to depend on him.
