leader simply is the one------

whose understanding encompasses the understanding------of those whom he is leading''--------- 

and in any way will never depend on  their followers 

for votes , for notes, for seats, for eats, for any thing

he leads them to be independently powerful as himself, 

not carrying them on piggy back, 

nor himself riding piggy back on them , 

he should be able to give far higher vision,the goal, the mission and the strategy

from his resourcefulness, 

not from any script from others , 

not even the best scriptures, old or new

at least he must talk extempore from his heart

not just read out a paper
