in nine ways, navarasa, life is a thrill, music and dance
keep the emotions baggage full, life long ,
do not puncture it ,
do not lose it
or else man is stone, stone heart,
no feel, no pulse, dud , dead
to enjoy the rasas truly , fully and
hence joyfully,
first cleanse the self of all the
debris ,
one needs to get rid of the full baggage,
that is riding on one's back ,
the load of sanskars,
the sticky stuff that dulls the mind,
dulls the senses,
dulls the nervous system ,
take a good bath,
breath a fresh air,
clean the skin,
clean the eyes,
clean the nose,
clean the tongue,
clean the ears
and clean the nervous system
with great relaxing gandharva sangeeth
the glorious divine music ,the thrilling divine dance
and do clean the mind above all
with meditation.
and lo
now the whole being is ready to enjoy the delicacies of life,
a full meal with 6 tastes,
the full experience of nine
rasas,
thru the complete receptivity of every aspect of personality
yes , after the meal is finished ,
do clean all the plates spoons glasses vessels
and get ready for even more deeper seep
a clearer peep , a sound sleep
with colorful dreams,
to wake up with a smile, that never fades
