but dont we lock the money/jewels , lock our gates, lock/bolt our doors, 
keep a watch/vigil/ engage a watchman /entrust our wealth to a trusted colleague, friend, relative --,

dont we we take all precautions , 

though law is there/ police is there / patrolling is there/ court is there jail is there 

we do not depend on the system , but we take every care , ensure all safety for our belongings 

but in case the unfortunate event does take place, there is no guarantee for the justice nor for the recovering lost properties

in this case also, the womanhood is the invaluable wealth, needs all the self protection 

i repeat ---needs all the self protection 

to safeguard from all the possible harm that is likely to happen , 

not expecting a police man to appear right on the spot, right at the moment , 

like lord krishna 

appearing and saving draupathi from being stripped. 

after all whose interest really ?

it's the one himself who has to protect the dhana mana prana of himself and his kith kin 

before the unfortunate event happens .

let's own the responsibility and be alert first and take every caution, precaution,

care, learning lessons from the events happenning , 

not waiting for the law , kumbhakarna, to wake up from lethargy, slumber , inertia, 

irresponsibility, inaction, ineffeciency , ineffectiveness , dereliction of duty .

may be a small lathi, knife, pistol, mirch, powder, with training in self defense, will be

more useful as a god given help in emergencies
