when someone is expressing some lacks seen in the message, is it right to call it a hypocracy?

is it wrong to be simply truthful in st, 

do you expect me only to shower praises, irrespective of worth.

how to know opposite man is hypocrite, or my self is hypocrite seeing him that way.

i was trying to explore this idea of simplicity, some one tries to snub me.
who is at loss not me 
i can as well delete and go my way

but no , my point will benefit others , then why not i persue, tho i may be criticised by the faithful followers

all said and done we must be dare to face truth,

not escape by some words
