Ever since my graduation in engineering,

ever since my graduation in spirituality, 

i am a full-time poet-philosopher

both going concurrently, 

complementing each other

me seeing my boss as bhagavan

and seeing bhagavan as my boss

me seeing my factory as the universe

and seeing the universe as my factory

me seeing work as worship

and seeing worship as work

   spirituality in profession raises once perspective to such a high level ,and blossoms one's creativity to such a high level , that he accomplishes the results without hangama, show, domination, talks, speeches, orders, overtakingness, jealousy, bias, fear, hatred, without throwing his weight around

,----all he doing in fact nothing, but accomplishments happen in visible results, by the environ he creates around him, he not working 24x7, not burning midnight oil, not striving for 3p ' pay perks promotions, padma awards or booker prizes or tv/video shows ,never striving to be most influential .

most of the time he remains unseen, doing his little things alone, but open to any who needs his help . he is not the player not even director, he is more just a scriptwriter, scribbling the bare sketches of future as per his fancy and seeing things happen without his involvement.

People around him are just happy souls enjoying the full confidence and approvals for what they contribute and are just busy in delivering the best possible to make worthy of presenting to the leader .

He never supervises nor controls, but his unit is self disciplined. He is in fact a manager without limitations. I am yet to see when our great iim ‘/ iit ‘ s will raise such a crop of spiritually enlightened professionals, tho I happened to see a few in my profession around 

In contrast , i see the present environ, including at the pm's post --people around with corruption, money ,power, favors, publicity, undisciplined under even imposed discipline . i only wish that such leadership must rise. and probably will rise

 In the scientific line of work, they're called hypotheses, not inspiration and not revelation.----unless they are inspired, enthused, excited, they cannot reach and perceive the revelations of their logic, their rationality , their research, their investigation it is just being prosaic, cold , alert, open, no illusions , no delusions, that is how illumination dawnsbut some flow in to poetry allegory, imagery, idolatry, bigotry, superstition, sentiment, belief faith, getting shadowed under .one must shrug off some are fast some are fastidioussome are slow some slovenall to give best lesson we to take the best message and forget the idiom and medium of lessonpick the grain, from chaff"

Catch all rats in one stroke, multi processing simultaneous

It is god's way, running the whole universe parallelly, simultaneously, synchronously, harmoniously, beautifully, peacefully .

so if man aligns himself with god, his abilities enhance infinitely, enabling him to accomplishing all with least time , least energy, but most intelligently 

meditation is the way as sadhana matures, creative intelligence blossoms

  Need of a mechanic

i struggled a lot, passed thru all exams, graduated, got a job, earned money, bought the best model bike,, with full petrol, tyres nicely full, along with colorful manual, neat good looking, ---early in the morning, i wanted to drive 

autostart it is, i pushed the button, did not start, tried and tried it refused.. at least by kick starting, no , tried several attempts. no it does not start.

of course, mechanic can help,

''but all auto mechanics are cheats fake, they swindle money, better avoid, and you depend on your own''---is the repeated advice given by all the wise. when majority is of ths opinion, i thought it must be true 

so i did not like to take that line

instead i asked my friends, all st souls, nicely blogging, and sharing all wisdom a to z absolutely free

i received abundant wise advice, promptly and generously , readily, they are all good souls

i reached office just in time , thanking god, that he has created mechanics, who, make the bike run, on payment, i do not bother whether they are cheats  or  fake

Differences and similarities are due to the presence of ''uniqueness and universality'' that exists in every system, every individual,

similarly, to explore more mysteries in spirituality too one need not waste one's life to learn and know afresh what is already discovered,

the help from the experts makes one to quickly master the fundamentals and graduate to the higher lessons, and prepares one to launch on ‘‘new’’,'' original'' discoveries, and thus more and more novices are enabled to progress rapidly hence the need to systematize the plethora of spiritual paths and findings, ie in short , precisely defining and standardizing, and universalizing is the need 

why not

‘’Yardstick’’ exactly is the need in spirituality, at least now in this most modern infn technology age 

before defining and standardizing fundamental units , L M T length mass time , things were arbitrary, different, some used to measure length with reference to the length of hand, or foot or finger, or guess , and weight by hand feel, or relative difference in articles, also time by just observing the shadows etc but a few men put enough trials / effort, and f p s/ c g s,was made, and then mks,, now rationalized R MKS, or SI units were evolved 

first spirituality must evolve as a science, with precise definitions, amenable to theory and tests /practical

maharishi mahesh yogi did a attempt in his '' science of creative intelligence '' he has made whole thing scientific and results measurable precisely by modern instrumentation, those who are familiar with TM ,know this,99 names of allah in quran were correlated to the attributes of the unified field ,,.....this was done by one muslim spiritual/scientist

ravishankar sri sri has done it in his book  ''hinduism and islam, the common thread''

prof hawkins too has made a good attempt in spirituality the basic yardstick is brahman, unmanifest , nirgun nirakar, pure consciousness

by using this one can differentiate who is master who is seeker and at what levels each individual is ....exactly like , in education, we know elementary, high school , inter, graduate, post graduate, doctorate levels 

in the spirituality to there are the levels jad chethan, jagrut chethan, turia, turiateeth, daivee, brahmi levels, may be corresponding to rishi maharishi. Devarishi,brahmarshi etc

none need to change their religions but they will come to know where they are and how far they have to go, 

humans are unique and different, but medical/ psychological sciences are developed applicable to all kinds of humans 

IQ levels are measurable, health /fitness is measurable

similarly this attempt for systematization & standardization of Spiritual must be done on by a committee of top saints 

they must define, and a world standard must emerge

jesus ''i am the way the life and the truth'' is identified as ''aham brahmasmi'', sarvam khalvidam brahma''

''blood of jesus cleanses every sin '' is parallel to ''gyanagni dhagdha karmani, 

''blood of jesus is the pure consciousness, not the red corpuscles

A standard tears off the delusion and makes one know one what he is, where he stands

i did a study of a few teachings and systems and find there is enough scope to make a table of all religions and teachings and show the equivalents, some sankara teachings are coinciding with marati saints like tukaram , meera etc some with milton, William blake, emerson "

more can be thus harmonized, and assimilated to one’s benefit

one of agenda should be to standardize terminology

 and provide precise definitions for several of the vocabulary that all religions use

 

also, evolve standards like ISI / ISO and a gradation and eligibility criteria to give a open certification to the spiritual leaders/ gurus

also evolve an conversion table like british system to metric system, like 1 inch =2..54 centimeters, or 1 kilogram =so many pounds .so that all teachings from all the saints and babas are understood by properly ''syncing'' them

 

and there should be a table like periodic table putting all elements metals, gases, etc in their proper place using certain criteria, so that one is able to understand and know relative worth of each saint/ teachings compared to others' 

 

and all conflicts must be resolved in an open forum freely fearlessly without inhibitions are secretes 

this is required for new gen not to waste their time and life by groping into the jungle of scriptures and gurus, but to arrive at the proper grip on ''what is all ''

this will be resisted since it dilutes the hold of spiritual leaders on their followers and exposes them naked on their hard earned false position and respect

   Living life is a technology, based on a great science 

if you know its science, you will evolve a better technology.
an illiterate can make a hut, a bullock cart, he lives as a little man
an engineer can build sky scrapers, jet planes, he can win over all the environmental limitations lives as a superman 

what's the difference

ignorance and knowledge are the key factors

if you want to lead a better life, to become the lord of the universe, it is possible, thru the mastery on the science of living

if you lack that knowledge, you may have to live and die being just a foot ball being kicked about by situations and circumstances .

choice is yours

knowledge perceived thru 5 senses and knowledge cognized from within of an aspect of life gets solidified as memory, smruthi. and it further gets frozen and come out as responses in the day to day living of that aspect, with potential of choice being available to turnout that aspect as a perfect  / artistic / beauty with form proportion, context, medium, shape, pitch. clarity, modulation

with leisurely and deliberately modulated while expressing the abstract in to concrete reality thus, living becomes the solidified knowledge,

a shilpa a sculpture with life grace, ability charm wit wisdom --in fact one lives a life as if of god , one thus becomes a living god with his wondrous aura -- like one who does know swar, thal, and has voice melodious, grace in his movements can become an exponent of sangeeth or nruthya,

To understand how a unit works, it is only necessary to get familiar with the system manual of the unit , not necessary to talk to employess , executives, not necessary to look at the buildings and machinery , the conveyor belts and all 

since system manual is the basis on which unit works 

intelligent ceo just glances at it once , and starts owning the understanding oftotality of unit 

unit=people, building, processes, equipment, and all + system manual 

without the manual, one does not know interrelation of every one, every thing
fails to know who reports to whom , left with 1000 questions, all confusion---------------------

Scriptures epics episodes are allegories metaphors, symbolic, icons, easy stories , just to drive the message of how the universe is working , how one to live wisely

they are not to be taken at literal meaning 
like actor is defferent from the character, the allegory is different from truth that it it portrays

all gods shiva, ram , kishn, are creations of the seers to communicate universal truths thru the generations 

in reality there is no kishan with flute with go gopicas, with chakra , kireet etc

This understanding dawned on me, decades ago, soon after i got a first experience of unmanifest pure awareness, without reading any big books 
and i am never in illusion on all these beliefs faiths rituals temples gods and all the spiritual teachings , 

that is why a stress on the direct experience at least once, at least for a few moments for the entire life

To understand god and his ways is not at all big deal, it is as simple as learning abcd

but truth of spirituality is that ,one will get to know -----all ---------thru direct experience from within .

any explaining to others on such of these will only lead to further endless queries, futile debate

for productive debate towards understanding to happen, the most essential fundamental requirement is the direct experience 

so guru will not explain every thing, 
but gives that light of experience, that happens instantly, and the job is done , and thru that one comes to know what all needs to be known totally, clearly, comprehensively, authentically 

and to get this experience is simplest, a matter of a few hours, just abcd

fire will burn, not only wood , cloth, but also innocent child , and sincere factory worker , if in the vicinity 

it's the wisdom that saves

Every thing is a physical phenomina including the holy places, rivers and statues and temples

inability to predict and no preventive action is due to ignorance and irresponsiblity of the concerned

the officials are busy in earning money rightly and wrongly

What i see is just the gravitation, water flowing down as per gravity , buildings are falling down , mountains are sliding down, vehicles are toppling down, 
gravitation is one of the law of nature, like apple falling down , newton or no newton, 
hurt , damage, no consideration, just one rule ''things fall''

A true great guru helps shishya to open himself to absorb updates 
that are ever happening in every field, 

each saint each, teacher, each thinker, each seer has some thing valuable to give 

if shishya is stuck up with one guru, with only his way of thinking, 
though may be of great value, it makes the mind of shishya to close doors 
for other gurus and other teachings, 
he has no way to be with the ever expanding wisdom 
and even is likely to reject , even without seeing what it is 

guru has'' brainwashed'' shishya to that extent , 
that he will be just parroting the message of guru life long , innocently , 
and missing the totality of knowledge for which he has the birth right
it's definitely a great damage guru causes, though with or without intentions or knowledge 
so one must access as many sources of wisdom as is feasible and necessary , and move forward to the field of total freedom , total knowledge, total power

shishya should never become '' a caged parrot '' , 
though the cage may be of gold with food and comfort. 

guru is to liberate, not to bind , 
guru is not for to guide life long ,

guru is like a match stick,

shishya not to read , listen and learn every word what guru says
not to popularize his great wisdom 

but shishya to simply do that sadhana which guru did and taught

Since you are permitting me to be free and frank, i am saying a truth 

one needs essentially the authentic spiritual experience of unmanifest 
brahm 

without gaining this experience clearly, unmistakably, authentically, directly, --at least once --in a life time,--- at least for a fraction of second ---, the manifest aspect of brahm cannot be known truly, comprehensively, correctly, fully 

no surprise, this truth cannot be understood and so will not be accepted, by you and by master but i find this experience is lacking with both of you 

if this experience is gained, then the effect will be 

instantaneous syncing of all approaches all religions,all gods all avathars, all saints, all epics, all scriptures , all arts, all sciences, 

will happen , leaving one with the best understanding of all in infinite perspective 

then

you will find no need To merge all religion , 

you will not be saying ''. No Krishna,no Muhammad, no buddha, no mahavir, No govind, no Jesus.''.. 

but you only worship brahm..in all of them 

you will appreciate all humans still worshiping their avatars and prophets, 

and tthere will be no need for , All avatars and prophets to be put in one shrine showing 

them hugging each other
