if moving with some velocity what its range, in kilometers per hour or per second? if it is moving and becomes non moving is there a brake-system or a natural slowing down like in pendulum oscillations,

Genuine truth is eg:

2 earth is round

to accept any thing as genuine truth , though, acknowledged by many ,

is to be too simplistic, to stay stuck as simpleton , a fool

the degree of its genuineness must be ascertained

and then only to be taken, and digested,

No. It is there in space. On earth we see it as rising and setting. What do people see on the North Pole? If it rises why is it seen rising at different times on earth? All truth has a frame of reference except absolute truth or ultimate reality which itself is beyond any reference
