Change is the key word

till the best , optimum, ideal is reached.

 

then stability is the requirement

to sustain the best, till it starts stinking .

 

again change is required

to brings the new possibilities, still better, 

 

and the cycle of change and stability must continue,

life being a flowing stream,

driving away the stink, 

giving way to clean . 

citizens know how to get rid of the stink
