fine tuning
generally , when we do anything,
our conscience sends a silent message ''why not do it in a better way , simpler
way, saving time energy resources, towards optimum results.. but our habits
tendencies, conditioning, hurry, worry, other prerogatives, all dilute the
attention and we do it as a second rate, just a formality/ unpleasant
obligation, and as a result lose the precious opportunity to do the best...on a
wider perspective, every task needs fine tuning ability .. if our attention is
trained, then life becomes ''art of living''. Performance of even mundane tasks
will turns out artistic masterpieces.. key is constant attentiveness
tuning is for reaching
perfection, excellence , but the right question is in which direction
..........reminds me an instruction in yoga course by teacher, he said ''find
what exactly you need to do really .. after that do all planning and execution
expertly''......yes, we tend to do unnecessary things best expertise
