and i found a great example of one who is doing this

i saw jagan reddy doing this great ''emotional giving'' to millions in his odarpu yathras, ''consoling'' the people and wiping their ''tears''

it has definitely earned him ''an added bonus''

when politicians come to seek votes,

they give a lot of '' good words,''

and honestly pretend ''good behavior''

they give every thing '' which costs nothing,''

My point is ,

words as such once become a habit, a formality, a involuntary lifeless greeting , a ritual, a ''courtesy''-----which i observe in most cases------will have no effect

a meera bhajan sung by meera is heard by kishn direct

the same meera bhajan, in the same raag, thaal, sung by lesser singer,

will be surely melodious but it does not penetrate such deep level

words must come from heart to touch heart

I worked under a boss who always with ''smile'' ,

but he is really vile,

he uses smile just to get over difficult situations,

none is inspired by his kind words

but things will not work longer,

in contrast i saw a different boss who is never kind, nor courteous, nor soft, he is direct in his behavior and transactions, never wastes ''pep talk'',

he is a task master, he makes it clear, and his hard approach is liked by many , and they just are enthused for happily carrying out his commands

words or no words, authenticity works

Action speaks louder,

even while giving , i found , one gives useless junk which one wants to dispose , not out of feel
