ceo , instead identified a manager, who is an ever ready help , in pure acceptance of what ever assignment given to him , a shiva , -asked him a suggestion.

he said ''let me get rid off all scrap and surplus ,remnants put by various project in charges in that building and vacate and hand over. ceo nodded

it all started, the dance of shiva,

the items were segrrgated, useful ones sent back for recycling, useless were transported to smashan, the scrap yard, where he overseeing all the disposal activity , silently without fuss, , either being burnt/burried or sent out to scrap dealers.

the building was given , space for creation--- r&d, prototyping, design, test, pilot, final design and for manufacture and shipping.

this became start of new culture--of all the sub shivas in every building , there were 17 ,to identify periodically all waste items and mobilize to scrap yard, and lorry loads went out from unit , every one breething a new life a little more.
this is one eg of seeing shiva , his one function/quality/characteristic, laya

also this experience is unique for each man, cannot be verified by repeatable experiment uniformly by all , so has it any universal practical value?"

basically what one really means by the word ''god '' needs to be clearly defined    a lot more depends on the precision with which one defines"

 

3    i can define god in a number of ways ,

also since god is an unknown entity, innumerable / infinite / endless definitions are possible by any man in any age,

 

and every definition will be inadequate to suit every man in every situation, which vary based on one's level of intellectual/ mental abilities, education , knowledge, life experiences, qualifications profession, nationality, family practices, even dna etc

a few of my definitions are given as follows, based on my back ground

a caution, it need not be agreed by others , i myself will be changing that definition as per my requirement

 

3.1  god is the principle / totality of the system / laws/ rules /constitution of the universe by which /according to which the universe is getting governed in entire aspects
