the high ministers have been giving statements, indicative of '' compassion, concern, love, consideration'' with a overdose of ''waving of the hand'' as if a magic wand , as if their words and gestures will work and heal all grief and will compensate the loss of life, limbs, properties ,

since it costs nothing , an easy escape route , a miraculous substitute for responsible actions
